BMS Institute of Technology and Management - Eligibility Criteria

BMS Institute of Technology and Management (BMSITM) offers 11 courses across three streams, each with specific eligibility criteria. Candidates can apply for their preferred courses by filling out the application forms. Undergraduate applicants must clear the COMEDK or KCET exams, while graduate applicants for postgraduate courses need to pass the PGCET or GATE exams.

B.E

The candidate must have a minimum of 46% marks in 12th or equivalent examination and must have cleared KCET/COMEDK exam He/She should also have a score of 60% in Physics and Mathematics.

M.Tech

Graduate engineers with a minimum of 50 % marks together in all subjects. He/She should have cleared the GATE/PGCET exam with a valid score to join M.Tech.

MCA

The aspirant must have a UG degree with a minimum of 50% marks and must have studied any one of the subjects like Mathematics/ Statistics/Computer Science/Computer Application or Programming/Business Mathematics He/She must have a valid score in either Karnataka PGCET/KMAT Exam

Eligibility Criteria for B.E Courses

The minimum eligibility criteria to apply for B.E in BMS Institute of Technology and Management are:

Must have cleared the 12th standard or equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks in both Mathematics and Physics separately.
Must have appeared for KCET, COMEDK, JEE, or any other national level entrance exams for joining the professional courses.
Admission allocation is as follows: 45% of students through the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET), 25% through the management quota, and 30% through COMEDK.

Eligibility Criteria for M.Tech Courses

The eligibility criteria for students who wish to apply for M.Tech admission in BMSITM are:
